CWH Cares 2026 Fundraiser
Community Whole Health is proud to launch the CWH Cares Fundraiser on August 15, 2026. The campaign will run through October 31, 2026, raising vital support for uninsured and underserved adults in Metro Atlanta.
Gifts to the CWH Cares Fund help reduce barriers to care by supporting essential laboratory testing, medications, diagnostic services, copayment assistance, health education, and preventive care. These resources help our patients identify health risks early and better manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.
Every donation makes an impact:

$30 helps cover one patient’s copayment.

$100 helps provide laboratory testing or medication assistance.

$250 supports diagnostic or treatment-related costs for multiple patients.

$500 helps expand access to testing, medications, and preventive care.

$1,000 or more supports equipment and clinic capacity needs.
Our immediate funding priorities include an EKG machine, a retinal scanner, a blood-work fund, medication assistance, and CWH Cares copayment assistance.
