Reduce Cancer Risk with an Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Join Community Whole Health Clinic for an interactive Zoom class on how the foods you eat can play a powerful role in reducing inflammation and lowering cancer risk. Registered Dietitian Crystal Pace will lead a 45-minute presentation on the Anti-Inflammatory Diet, what it looks like in everyday life, how it supports cancer prevention and overall health, and practical, budget-friendly tips to help you plan meals and grocery lists that fit your family and lifestyle. We’ll wrap up with an open Q&A session where you can ask questions and get expert advice on applying the anti-inflammatory approach to your own meals and routines. This event is free and open to the community—everyone is welcome!
